THE CONCEPT

Guitar Garage™ is the first TV show to focus on the exciting world of electric guitar customization, modification, and collecting. There are millions of guitar players all over the world, and no two are exactly the same when it comes to their preferences for the specs of their instruments. Gone are the days of keeping your guitar exactly as it was when it left the factory. Today guitarists can, and do, modify and customize literally every aspect of their instruments - and each guitar is as individual as the musician who plays it.

THE MISSION

Guitar Garage™ intends to showcase the artists and craftsmen/women who put their talents to work creating these one-of-a-kind custom instruments. There are hundreds of little shops, all across the USA, where the skill and dedication of the people who work there will allow someone’s vision for their instrument to become a reality. This is the work that excites us. We want to bring their work to you.

THE PILOT

In the pilot episode we transform an instantly recognizable classic instrument into something that no one has ever seen before. Along the way we hang with rock stars, travel the country, fire a friend, and work with some of the best in the business when it comes to customized electric guitars.

THE FUTURE

In future episodes we will showcase the history behind the most iconic guitars in rock n roll, we’ll talk with some of the greatest players of all time about their guitar collections and favorite instruments, and we’ll conceptualize and build one-of-a-kind “theme” guitars that will blow your mind! All the while taking you along for the ride, every step of the way.

Every guitar has a story, and we want to hear yours! Send us a video of you showing off your collection, pointing out your modifications, and telling us why your guitars mean to you what they do. We’ll share them on our various social media platforms for all to see, and the best ones will be chosen to be used as commercial bumpers on the show. We’ll also send you a t-shirt and some other goodies.
